Inspections

A complete home inspection should cover all of the major systems of a property, including structure, exterior, roofing, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing and interior of the main structure. We do not conduct destructive testing of the structure and related components.

The home inspection should not be confused with an appraisal, a municipal code inspection, an environmental audit, or a home owner's warranty. The home inspection is not protection against future failures.

Please be aware a home inspector will not pass or fail a house. Structures built before code revisions may not be obligated to comply with the code for newer construction. Home inspectors will report findings when it comes to safety concerns that may be in the current code such as ungrounded outlets. A home inspector thinks "Safety" not "Code" when performing a home inspection.
